Aria DeMaris

Aria is an Instructor with the Parapsychological Education Centre (PEC) and a metaphysician whose work explores the intersection of consciousness, frequency, multidimensional realities, and exceptional human experiences. She holds a Master of Science degree and is currently pursuing a PhD in Metaphysics, with research focused on expanded states of awareness, astral experiences, and consciousness studies. Drawing from both academic research and personal experience, Aria’s work examines subjects such as astral projection, lucid dreaming, mind-body integration, and human potential. She is dedicated to helping individuals better understand consciousness and the capabilities of the self through grounded, practical, and responsible exploration. As a self-expression guide and educator, Aria combines metaphysical theory with actionable techniques designed to encourage self-awareness, personal transformation, and critical reflection on extraordinary experiences. Through her teaching, she aims to bridge the gap between science, spirituality, and experiential understanding in a thoughtful and accessible way.
